Welcome to bm99. These "Terms of Use" (referred to as "Terms") apply to all players using the bm99 platform, its related services, games, and interfaces. By continuing to use this platform, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for complying with all rules and conditions set out in this agreement.

1.1 Account Eligibility

You must have a registered personal account to fully access bm99's gaming services. Each player may hold only one account. You must register using your real name. If an account is found to have been created with false information, bm99 reserves the right to suspend it.

• Selling, renting, or transferring your account is not permitted.

1.3 Account Suspension

Players may request account closure at their own discretion. bm99 also reserves the right to suspend any account that violates these terms without prior notice, and to handle any remaining balance at its own discretion.

2.1 Deposits

Deposit methods are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is 3,000 Ks. Once confirmed, the deposited amount will be credited to the player's account. Players must use a payment method registered in their own name — deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted.

2.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 20,000 Ks. After a withdrawal request is submitted, funds will arrive within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals must be made to the same method used for the deposit.

• If a withdrawal is requested while a deposit bonus is still active, the wagering requirements linked to that bonus must be completed first.

3.1 First Deposit Bonus

New players making their first deposit at bm99 receive a 150% bonus of up to 100,000 Ks. The bonus amount is calculated at 150% of the deposit amount.

Example — A deposit of 20,000 Ks gives a bonus of 30,000 Ks, bringing the account balance to 50,000 Ks, with a wagering requirement of 30,000 Ks × 10 = 300,000 Ks. A deposit of 140,000 Ks or more gives the maximum bonus of 100,000 Ks, bringing the account balance to 240,000 Ks, with a wagering requirement of 100,000 Ks × 10 = 1,000,000 Ks.

3.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, players must complete bets totalling bonus amount × 10. Winnings from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.

• Please note that the games eligible for wagering and their contribution rates are determined by bm99 and may change at any time.
• When playing with bonus funds, any bet amount that exceeds the bonus balance will be deducted from the player's own funds.
• The bonus can only be claimed once; the first deposit bonus will not be awarded again after it has been used.

3.3 Other Promotions

bm99 may run VIP cashback, referral bonuses, and other promotions suited to players' preferences. The specific terms for each promotion will be set out in the advertisement or offer accompanying that promotion, and those terms apply alongside these general terms.

4.1 General Gaming Policy

All games on the bm99 platform — including slots, live casino, Baccarat, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, Shan Koe Mee, 2D/3D, crash games, Poker, and football betting — must be played fairly. Exploiting any software vulnerability is not permitted.

• Manipulating game outcomes using software, scripts, or bots is strictly prohibited.
• If bm99 determines that a player's account has been involved in fraudulent activity, the remaining balance may be reviewed and restricted accordingly.
• If a player is found to have violated the game rules, bm99 may forfeit that player's funds and bonuses.

4.2 Football and Sports Betting

Once bets have been placed on football or other sports events, they cannot be withdrawn or changed. If a match is cancelled or cannot be played, bm99 will make every effort to refund the player's stake. bm99's decision in such cases is final.

4.3 Technical Issues

If a server error, internet disconnection, or game engine error occurs during gameplay, bm99 will resolve any incomplete rounds from the point the issue arose. Players should be aware that bm99 reserves the right to void results that were caused by an error, including any unexpectedly large winnings arising from it.

The bm99 platform may only be used for lawful purposes. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Using the platform in any way that involves money laundering.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or loopholes to abuse bonuses for profit (Bonus Abuse).
• Using abusive language, making threats, or behaving inappropriately toward staff or other players.
• Colluding with other players or match participants to fix outcomes (Collusion).
• Using a VPN or proxy to hide your IP address or identity in order to access the platform from a restricted region.
• Reverse-engineering the platform, copying its code, or accessing the API without authorization.

By using this platform, the player agrees that any breach of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension without prior warning, and any remaining balance may be forfeited.

6.1 Intellectual Property

The logos, designs, advertising copy, software, and graphics on the bm99 website are the property of bm99. Copying, distributing, or publishing them without prior permission is prohibited.
